Germany's Neura Robotics has closed a Series C worth up to US$1.4bn at a valuation around US$7bn, with a backer list that reads like a strategic map: Tether, Qualcomm, Amazon, and Nvidia.

Neura's pitch is cognitive robotics — machines that perceive, learn, and operate safely alongside humans — spanning both industrial cobots shipping today and the 4NE-1 humanoid in development. The strategics each bring a channel: chips (Qualcomm, Nvidia), deployment surface (Amazon), and capital scale (Tether).

The round makes Neura Europe's counterweight in a humanoid race otherwise dominated by U.S. and Chinese players, and its industrial-first revenue base distinguishes it from pure-demo competitors.
